Who operates this site
NIE Tarragona is a privately run, independent service that helps people put together administrative files for the NIE, the green EU certificate, the TIE and neighbouring procedures in the province of Tarragona. It holds no public authority, none of the police, the Delegación or the Ajuntament has any part in it, and it never speaks in their name.
What the service covers
Information, and help in preparing a file: identifying the procedure that fits your case, the forms and papers it calls for, and searching the official booking system for an appointment. Decisions on applications rest entirely with the competent authority, so no result, no appointment date and no processing time can be promised.
About the guides
Our guides are written carefully and link the official pages they draw on. Offices, timetables and requirements do change, occasionally without warning, so check the linked source before acting. The guides are general information and do not replace advice on your own circumstances.
Sending a form
By sending a form you confirm that the details are correct and yours to give. No contract arises from a form. Paid work, if any, is agreed separately in writing, scope and conditions included, before anything starts.

Links to official bodies and to partner services are there for convenience. Those sites follow their own terms, and their content is not ours to answer for.
Responsibility
We answer neither for decisions of the administration, nor for changes made to a procedure after a guide was published, nor for reliance on the site without checking its sources. These terms leave untouched any right the law protects from limitation.
